From 1 to 11 months. If it is under 30 nights, you can book directly by the night.

How much does it cost per month?

It depends on the flat, the dates and the length. We give you the monthly price in writing in the proposal, with no commitment.

Why do you ask for the reason?

Monthly rental is for temporary stays: study, work, health or another reason. With that we suggest the flat that fits you best.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, in 20 of the 25 flats we have for long stays.

Do you have flats for working from home?

Yes, 16 have a desk, and all of them have wifi.

How do I get into the flat?

With a personal code we send before you arrive. You do not need to meet anyone.
